In the secondary and liquidation market, AS-IS policies are very common. This is done to keep costs and prices low. Most of the time product conditions are mixed in the pallets and truckloads, unless they are marked brand new. Every lot will have a different mix of items and conditions. Some will come manifested some are just sold by the genre as customer returns.

Pure Wholesale Distribution does its best to limit risk by building the best custom built premimum pallets we can, however there still is risk in purchasing customer returns and liquidation merchandise. Customer fully assume this risk prior to making their purchase.
